The Production

We print in house at our Croydon premises using the latest wide format technology. This gives us full control over quality and turnaround.

Materials we print on:

Dibond / Aluminium Composite - Rigid aluminium composite panels for durable outdoor signs, fascia boards, and hoarding. Weather resistant and long lasting.

Foamex / Foam PVC - Lightweight rigid boards for indoor signage, exhibition displays, and point of sale. Available in various thicknesses from 3mm to 10mm.

PVC Banners - Heavy duty 550gsm banner material with welded hems and brass eyelets. Built for outdoor use.

Mesh Banners - Perforated material that allows wind to pass through. Ideal for scaffolding, bridges, and exposed locations.

Self Adhesive Vinyl - For window graphics, wall graphics, floor graphics, and vehicle wraps.

Correx / Fluted Polypropylene - Lightweight and affordable boards for temporary signage, estate agent boards, and event signage.

All printing uses UV stable inks for fade resistance, and we finish products with appropriate fixings, eyelets, or lamination depending on the application.

FAQs

What file format do you need for large format printing? We accept PDF, AI, EPS, and high resolution image files (JPEG, TIFF, PNG). For best results, artwork should be supplied at 100% size with 3mm bleed and 150dpi resolution minimum. If you're unsure, send what you have and we'll check it.

What's the maximum size you can print? Our wide format printers handle widths up to 1.6 metres. For larger graphics like building wraps or hoarding runs, we print in panels and join them seamlessly.

What's the difference between Dibond and Foamex? Dibond is aluminium composite, making it rigid, weather resistant, and suitable for long term outdoor use. Foamex is foam PVC, which is lighter and more affordable but best suited for indoor applications or short term outdoor use.

Can I collect from your shop? Yes. We're at 353 Lower Addiscombe Road, Croydon. Many customers prefer to collect, especially for larger items or when they want to check the finished product.

Do you offer design services? Yes. Our in house designers can create artwork from scratch or adapt your existing materials for large format. We'll send proofs for approval before printing.

Do you install large format graphics? We focus on printing rather than installation, but we can recommend installers for projects like building wraps or window graphics if needed.
