The Design

Don’t have artwork? Our in house design team can create your hoarding graphics from scratch.

We work with developers, contractors, and marketing agencies to produce designs that work at scale. Hoarding is viewed from a distance, often by people walking or driving past, so we’ll advise on text sizes, image placement, and colour choices that maximise impact.

If you have print ready files, we’ll check them before production. For multi panel runs, we’ll produce a scaled visual showing how your graphics will look across the full hoarding length, including panel joins and any site access points.

We accept PDF, AI, EPS, and high resolution image files. For hoarding, artwork should be supplied at 150dpi minimum at full size.

The Production

We print hoarding panels on aluminium composite (Dibond), which is the industry standard for durable site graphics.

Why Aluminium Composite?

Aluminium composite panels are rigid, weather resistant, and maintain their shape in all conditions. Unlike Foamex or Correx, they don’t bow, warp, or degrade over months of outdoor exposure. The surface takes print beautifully and resists scratching, meaning your graphics stay sharp throughout your project.

Our panels are printed using UV stable inks and finished with a protective laminate for extra durability. Standard thickness is 3mm, which provides the rigidity needed for hoarding applications.

Panel Sizes

We print panels to suit your hoarding dimensions. Standard sheets are 2440mm x 1220mm, but we can cut to any size required. For runs longer than a single panel, we’ll advise on the best join positions to keep your graphics looking seamless.

Looking for something more cost effective?

For shorter term projects or tighter budgets, we also offer PVC banners and printed vinyl graphics that can be applied to existing hoarding. These options work well for temporary sites or where hoarding will be in place for just a few weeks / months.

FAQs

Do you install hoarding panels? We focus on printing rather than installation. Most contractors fit panels themselves or use their existing site team. We can advise on fixings and supply panels cut to your exact dimensions to make installation straightforward.

What size panels can you print? Standard aluminium composite sheets are 2440mm x 1220mm. We can print and cut to any size within this, or produce multiple panels for longer runs.

How long do hoarding panels last? Aluminium composite panels with laminated graphics will last for years outdoors. Most construction projects run for 12 to 24 months and our panels comfortably outlast the project duration.

What’s the difference between aluminium composite and Dibond? Dibond is a brand name for aluminium composite material. They’re the same thing, and we use the terms interchangeably.

Can you match panels printed at different times? Yes. We keep colour profiles on file, so if you need additional panels later in a project, we can match the originals.
